I originally met Kyle because he lived with my current roommate Cole before he moved in with us. I didn't really talk to him however, until he got a job at dining services this year with me.
I thought Kyle was funny and fun to work with, but also a little weird. He would say the weirdest and most random stuff while at work and it often made (still makes) no sense, but I can appreciate someone with a sense of humor like that. They're always interesting to work with.
Resourcefulness. Kyle is always asking questions and pondering how things can be designed better or built better, and as a designer, I really like working with people who can think that way. Kyle's also helped me out a few times at work, where he's found ways to help me finish things faster, and that makes working with someone similar to that much better.
Kyle, it's been a pleasure working with you this past year. I'm glad that we've gotten to know each other better because of that as well, because you're one cool dude for sure. You better hold the fort down next semester. Don't make me have to fail and come back to work for NMU Dining. Seriously though, good luck with school and life after, you'll do great once you're out.
